Last Thursday we held the 9th edition of our conference ‘Innovation based on surveillance and ideation’, and the best way to round it off is by saying thank you.

Thank you to Juan de los Ángeles and Zink Innovation & Trends for opening the conference with ‘Trends, Future & Profit’, a presentation on the importance of trends and their impact on the profit and loss account.

Thank you to Fomento San Sebastián and Fagor Electrónica for sharing their case studies. Two very different organisations – a public authority and an industrial company – who explained their methodology: how they have moved from information to action, and which people and roles make this possible.

And thank you to everyone who joined us online and took part by asking questions. Without you, the event would have been meaningless.
